Is Going To a Diet and Weight Loss Clinic the Perfect Solution to Losing Weight?
Recommended Answer:
Sometimes people eat out of depression or stress. If you see that she is having an issue see what you can do to help her out or suggest that maybe she find an outlet or some professional help. Tell her that you love her and support her and want her to be at her best.
If none if that is the issue then suggest some healthy activities and healthy eating options you can do together. In the end it''s about her health. Compliment her in outfits where she looks slimmer. If you notice she has lost some weight praise and compliment her. We women love when our men tell us we look good. If she had a particular outfit you used to love ask her about it. Get an old picture of you guys at an event or something where she was wearing it. Wax poetic about how hot she looked and what a great night that was.
If her family has a history of diabetes, heart disease or other medical issues where weight is a factor you can bring these things up as well. Tell her you want her to live a long healthy life. You want to have her around as long as possible. If you know she eventually wants kids let her know that pregnancy is much easier if the mother has a healthy lifestyle, not to mention the health of the baby.
Good Luck
- Simply go up to her tell her you love her and that BOTH you and here go and workout at the gym.
- Don''t
she is certainly aware of the fact - You have depressed her to the point that she is consoling herself with food. Break up with her, watch her slim down to a foxy chick again and weep.
You tell her that you don''t respect her and want to break up. She will lose weight quickly and find a real man who supports and loves her. - From slim and fit to 230? .. I don''t think there''s not coming back from that.
- Can 230 pounds bring back to 110 pounds that easily ? If you have been with her for 5 years you sure should know how to address this issue. Why did you wait till she is 230 pounds ?.You should have told her to watch her weight when she was about 150 pounds. You sound as if you want to try someone different.
- There are two different scenarios here:
1. You still love her but just want her to get back to a healthy weight.
2. Or, you do not love her anymore and want to move on.
SO, with that said… if you still want to be with her, then sit her down and calmly say something like “I love you and I want to be with you… but your weight has become an issue with me. I do not feel you’re healthy and I want to be with you for a long time. I am becoming less and less attracted to you. What can I do to help you get healthy again!?”
And then let her talk. She may become ‘crazy’ and go immature on you. You have to act like an adult, keep a mellow tone of voice and keep pulling the conversation back to wanting to find a resolution.
OR, you do not love her and want to move. In that case, “Hey, I use to love you, but I don’t feel that way now and I think we should go our separate ways! I am sorry that hurts your feelings, but that is how I feel. Goodbye!”
Best of luck. - Firstly: LOL at fat ugly whale. Secondly: ok, what you need to do is buy a downloadable weightloss program (not some crap, one that works!) and tell her how you have just got this great program that you wanna try out but don''t have the motivation to do it on your own and does she wanna do it with you. Or you can put it to her that you feel that her weight has climbed to unhealthy heights and you would rather offend her by telling her, than lose her to obesities grasp which will inevitably lead to an untimely death boo-hoo, and get her a downloadable weight-loss program. I say this because I have actually done this for my mom and it worked like magic. The specific program I used, and probably the best one out there (and it''s cheap as chips) - www.wegottahaveit.com
...seriously, get this, your girlfriend will thank you and then you can thank me when she is struttin'' around in a bikini looking like Heidi Klum.
