Best Weight Loss Diet - Why Eating Healthy is a Far More Effective Way to Lose Weight Than Fad Diets

Recommended Answer:
Muscle weighs more than fat does. Fat also takes up a lot more space because the tissue is more spread out, where as muscle tissue is very compact and tight.

So when people diet and exercise, they hit that plateau phase because they''ve lost a lot of fat, but at the same time, they''re building up muscle and toning they''re body. That''s why you''re losing inches, but not weight.

I''ve been told to not pay attention to the numbers on the scale because it distorts everything and makes you think that nothing''s happening. Rather, judge your improvement based on your clothes fitting better, your arms, legs, and butt getting smaller, and your heart health, and just your overall well-being.

Hope that helps!

  • cut out refined sugar and watch your carb intake... dont rely on pasta rice and bread... eat plenty of veggies and fruit ( ive yet to meet someone who got fat from eating fruit and veggies) drink plenty of water and dont cut too many calories...that will just put your bod in starve mode. Good Luck
