- cut out refined sugar and watch your carb intake... dont rely on pasta rice and bread... eat plenty of veggies and fruit ( ive yet to meet someone who got fat from eating fruit and veggies) drink plenty of water and dont cut too many calories...that will just put your bod in starve mode.
