how do i stop yself from going cray with food on my diet?

im 195 and in 6 days ive lost about 8 pounds by working out hard every day and eating healthy and les.s but i guess my body isnt used to it and this morning i saw this big bag of popcorn and i cracked:( how can i stop myself from eating junkfood, its like im posessed and i cant control myself!
