Trying To Get Fit Need Advice On Diet?

Im really bad about dieting and i need advice. I love working out and about a year ago i was really fit from working out constantly/dieting! Now i have gained quite a bit of weight 25lbs to be exact. I have never felt more awful in my life! Its really hard for me because i am CONSTANTLY hungry! No matter what i do i want to eat, eat and EAT!

What types of things can i do to suppress my appetite, because i can workout and i can exercise its the dieting part that gets me everytime! How many calories is a good amount for a guy? Should i take protein, because i was when i lost weight but i don''t necessarily understand the need, i feel like its extra calories and it didn''t do anything for me? Any advice will be greatly appreciated!

This shouldnt be too hard if u dicipline urself a lil since u like working out already. So heres my advice. What you need to do id take the guess work out of it. So multiply ur weight by 11. The outcome is the amount of calories ur body needs to keep ur current weight. From that ur gonna subtract 500 calories, to drop weight. So now when it comes to eating. U can eat shet loads if ur working out hard. Cuz ur body needs it to build muscle so. Instead of eatin high calorie greasy foods. Try lean foods. For example, eggs in the morning with nuts and oatmeal, a protein shake as a snack before lunch, Then for lunch have a wheat bread chicken sandwich for a salad, (or fish or turkey w.e u want) and a fruit, and even almonds if u want. THen for a snack have more fruit or almonds, Then for another meanl have another chicken breast, turkey tuna, w.e on a sandwich if u want too with ur veggies, then for a snack, have more almonds or peanuts, then go work out, have ur protein shake afterwards, and for dinner u can have another chicken breast or fish or steak even, with salad, or other vegetables u like. This way ur eatin healthy, ur eatin good throughout the day without starving, and if ur active, u should be shredding fat. So dont focus on the scale numbers, focus moer on how much fat ur shredding.   • if you find the workouts you did a year ago a struggle now, like say you use to be able to run continuously for 30minutes, start low and build yourself up again! like run 10 minutes a day at a steady pace, etc. drink plenty of water, water has no calories and it flushes toxins out of your body, cut down on fizzy drinks, instead of snacking on a muffin or biscuit, eat a carrot or an apple, it may be hard at first but you can really tell the difference after about a week, i felt so much ore energetic! i think the recoended calorie intake for a boy is 2500? dont go below 1000-1500! protein builds muscle, so if you want muscle then eat meat and poultry (eggs, etc) muscle is heavier than fat so if the scales weigh more than the week before then dont freak :) good luck, and weigh yourself every two weeks, in the morning is best cause thats when you are least heaviest!
