how can i stop my eating addiction?

i am 13 and a little chubby. i used to b skinny like my little sister but last year whenever i was home alone i would eat a ton of junk and sneak it up to my room so my parents didn''t know. i try to stop pigging out but i can''t. it only happens when i can get to my kitchen alone. i don''t want to tell anyone especially my parents because it is embarrassing. i rlly want to look good in a bikini this summer so i need help! i made up my own diet and exersises that im trying to do but i still keep sneaking the food.

Omg same here! I love food but I hate it at the same time! I''ll always sneak food in my bedroom and eat it so nobody thinks I''m a fat slob or something. All you need is a little motivation... it sounds like you have EDNOS (eating disorder not otherwise specified), look it up. Maybe we could work together to lose weight? Could you email me or something? :/ I''m 5''0 tall(maybe 5''1 almost) and I weigh around 109... We could make it a contest to see who could get to their goal weight first or something.   • Snack at noon 12:00. A carrot, or an apple, or an orange, or a celery. Limit yourself to 0 to 2 snacks a day.

Have will power, that''s a very important thing when it comes to this. Would you rather have that sweet now so you can be temporarily happy or have a body you can be proud of all summer?
