I need a diet plan, for cheap. Any ideas?

I am wanting to lose weight and be healthy. I recently bought a punching bag and other fitness equipment. I have pretty much everything. I just need a diet plan. Such as what to eat for breakfast lunch dinner snacks and what to drink. Plus, I''m on a fixed budget... Which makes things harder. Proffesional help only please!   • Cut out processed foods and take a look at the glycemic index and negative calorie foods. I can not tell you exactly what to eat because I do not know your tastes but those are good places to start.
  • The key to being skinny is hot chocolate drink it for breakfast lunch and dinner only eat when you have to
  • Eat Only Veg.&Fruits. Avoid extra callories such as -cake,chocklets,sweets,dougnuts,red meat etc.
    U can Eat a cup of milk everyday.

    Take exercise-Walk,run etc.

    Drink Ice water i mean water that is freazing cold. It reduces Fat from your Body.[If poosible]

  • The hardest thing about a diet plan is discipline. If you have no discipline nothing will work.
    You need to change your mindset and become TOUGH and this is all quite hard work.
    You MUST combine diet with exercise otherwise nothing will work.
    1 On wake up drink a glass of water then put on your running shoes and go for a 30 minute walk or jog
    [ no food before ]
    2 Have breakfast 1x orange 1x apple 1 x toast sandwich with cheese. coffee or tea PLUS 2 glasses of water
    THEN EAT NOTHING UNTIL 1 PM
    3 Lunch = 1 x apple 3 x bananas + 3 glasses water
    Eating nothing until 5 30 pm
    Have big early dinner
    [ Pasta as much as you want ..with red tomato based sauce [ can add chicken or tuna if you want to but best as is ] plus lots of water Can have a 2x glass of wine max.
    If hungry before bed say 10 pm have a snack [ best power bar ] and cup of coffee/tea
    Notes
    1 Make sure you walk jog 30 minutes per day x 4 times per week try do some light weights too [ 3 x per week for 10 minutes ]
    2 Breakfast have eggs every second day in place of toast /cheese sandwich
    3 Breakfast Have health cereal with milk every 3rd day and a table spoon of honey.
    4 Cut out ALL soft drinks
    5 Cut out ALL added sugar from your coffee and tea
    6 Cut out all added sugar.Do not add sugar to ANYTHING ! Throw your sugar out
    7 Cook your own food as resaurant food is loaded with all kinds of stuff to make it tasty that add huge calories.you dont need..go out just for cofee etc
    Have a 2 chocolate bars per week if you want.[ ration it to 6 sqs per day ] .cut out useless sweets/candies.
    Be disciplined
    Get a note book
    Every page one day
    Write
    Everything you ate
    Write how long you exercised
    Write
    Your naked weight when you went to sleep
    Your naked weight on wake up
    Your naked weight after exercise Do this everyday..this is your challange.
    You must track your weight !
    Without keeping track of what you did and well how you are doing you will NEVER succeed.
