How can i start my routine workout?

I am 29 years old woman.144 lbs and 5''3 height.I am tired of those yo yo diet plans. I need to lose 20 lbs and have a toned body.how can i start a permanent diet and a fix workout plan?do i need to get a personal trainer for that?

  • no you don''t. as for the workout plans there is a ton you can find on the interwebs (you can use bodybuilding.com if you''re that serious) you need to do cardio, which can involve swimming running walking hiking, whatever just something. Your liquids should only be coming from water and green tea and you should be eating alot of fruits and vegetables. Hope I helped :D
