Hey man. So your younger then me and ur still developing ur core but stick w the swimming for sure bc it will keep u lean and def tone u up. Your doing good w the skipping crappy junk and def also leave the sodas as much as poss bc there all sugar and u will have a better result w water and milk/juices [not sugary juices tho]. So heres some of wat i do.
1. situps [alternate left elbow to right knee] and then do the opposite of it
2. swim
3. pull ups [soooo hard but u will FEEL it]
4. 6 inches [lay flat on floor and raise ur legs together off the floor like 6inches off the ground then raise them up to a 45 degree angle] looks like this o--/ then lower ur legs together [always keep them togeth] and back to 6 inches and then to the ground {KILLER ABS WORKOUT] and u WILL FEEL it!! DO as many as u can [all the exercises] w/o hurting urself and build up to 3-5 sets of 10 or watev ur comf with. u can do them daily and skip the weekend or alternate every other day [ur bod needs a break].
5. burpees [find them on youtube for demos]
6. that should get u started ;) and if ur moms hitting the gym then mab see if u can go along and use the equip there.
7.motivation??? when u see the other guys w/abs and u have them too u won''t need more motivation becuz..LOOKING + FEEL AMAZING + CONFIDENCE=HAPPY GUY :))
8.take care of ur bod/trim ur junk or shave it [carefully!! theres lots of q''s on here that tell how to!]and keep ur bod healthy by knowing wat u put into it. remember carbs=energy [before workout] and protein=muscle builder [after workout]
