breakfast :90 calorie yogurt , half a grapefruit sprinkled lightly with cinnamon , nutmeg, splenda and 1 tsp honey and a mug of coffee( 2 table spoons of 1% milk and 1 tbsp of splenda.
lunch : 1 stick celery , 2 sugar free jelly pots , 5 pickles and 3 small beetroot from a jar. mug coffee (same amounts as the first one ) .
dinner : half a Chicago Town cheese pizza stuffed crust , sprinkled with oregano garlic and dried salt onion . 1 table spoon BBQ sauce and 10 calorie tbsp extra extra light mayo .
snack : handful of dried cherry''s blue berries and raisins .
BINGE : a 400g g box of celebrations chocolates
tub of fish food Ben and Jerry''s ice cream
half liter diet coke .
icing off a cupcake (just the icing, id say 20 or 30 gs maybe. there was a thick lair ).
handful of dried berries (same as above )
this was a week end day i would have usually had a proper lunch and dinner . i walked 25 min before the binge and a 30 min walk after .i will be going back to normal 1500 cal diet tomoro .
