What motivates you to work out/eat right/lose weight?

i grew up in a family that talked about how good it was to eat right and exercise, but then got all negative when it came down to actually doing it. we're all overweight. i've never liked exercise, and i love junk food. i'm finding it hard to pass up a bagel in the morning to a bowl of oatmeal, and getting into the gym is a weird half-negative, half-positive experience that i sometimes avoid. i am currently at my heaviest, being almost 60 lbs. overweight. my question to all of you is, what do you do to keep yourselves motivated to work out and eat right? i'm sick of being overweight and i just need some pointers that will keep me in the gym and putting the right food in my body, but the desire doesn't seem to be enough to keep me on track.
