Perfect Ways To Lose Weight

Recommanded Answer:
You should eat plenty of non-starchy vegetables - green beans, broccoli, brussel sprouts, cucumbers, lettuce, cauliflower, asparagus, carrots, kale, etc. Ten plus serves per day.

You should also eat adequate protein and good fats - grass fed meat, fish, eggs, cheeses, nuts & seeds.

You should NOT eat any sugars or starchy foods - potatoes, rice, bread, wheat, flour, pasta, etc. This is a totally DO NOT EAT.

You can slip in fruit occasionally, but no more than one per day.

If you can do this diet you can eat as much of it as you want. You're very unlikely to be able to eat too many calories. You will have an abundance of nutrients. And you will feel full and you will lose weight (fat) in the fastest way possible. Exercise is recommended but it is optional.

  • Weight loss is not as difficult a task as most people make it out to be. Actually, it’s keeping the lost weight away that is more difficult. There are only three things that lead to effective weight loss and those are: Disease (or illness), proper diet planning, and exercise.

Now, exercise need not scare you away. It is not like you have to pump iron like Arnold; it’s more about adopting a healthier lifestyle that includes healthier eating and doing some exercise to spruce up the metabolism. If you want to lose weight in 20 days, follow the tips we mention here and see the results yourself.

Start with adopting healthier eating habits. By this we mean eat a lot of protein, have a healthy cereal breakfast every morning, drink a lot of water and juices and cut down on fats and, carbohydrates – and remember, drinking alcohol in any form is an absolute no-no when it comes to weight loss.

Tip: stop eating when you are still hungry. It takes the brain 10 to 15 minutes to know that the stomach is full.

Take to cardio – intensive alternating cardio. This is a form of cardio where you do some intense exercise such as running uphill for 20 seconds and then walking down slowly. Walking down slowly will allow your heart rate to return to normal before you run uphill again. All you need is 20 minutes of this exercise per day if you want to lose weight in 20 days.

The system finds it difficult to burn protein. If it finds protein in your intestines, it will turn to the stored fats to sustain the body’s energy requirements. So, eat a lot of protein and drink a lot of water along with your cardio if you want to lose weight in 20 days.
  • Losing weight too fast is terrible because you get saggy skin.... eww.. But if you want to lose weight fast, eat 1,000-1,500 cals a day not any less because if you do you'll lose muscle instead of fat. Muscle is what tones you and you'll look even fatter with less muscle. Exercise for about 2 hrs a day. You could spread it out throughout the day. Drink A LOOOOOT of water. It gets rid of water weight, it makes your skin look healthier, cleans your system out and etc. Water is the best thing on this earth for you. Eat more fruits and veggies, you could even mix it with you meal. Only weigh yourself once a week because you'll be a nervous wreck if you weigh yourself everyday. If you decide to do that, just know your weight will fluctuate. It just does, it's best to do it once a week.
  • I found that starving made me lose weight initially but as an average person I couldnt handel it and started binging, freaked out then worked my butt off exercising

U decrease ur calorie intake, and exercise. Even walking counts. EVERYTHING COUNTS
