someone plz help weight problem!!?

k so im 154 :( last week i weighed 144 but i went up and its not going back down my weight started at 154 i went down 10 lbs but gained it back so idk which is my weight i need to lose weight fast like im the fatest in my friends and today my friends were talking bout joining track and this other girl was like u should join but no u dont run and i felt horrible so idk wat to do i really need help like im feeling horrible i want to starve myself but thats bad :( i need to lose at least 15 lbs in exactly 2 months b4 my check up with my stupid doctor shes always telling me that im overweight in front of eveyone my parents bro and even my friends if theyre in the room with me and she never says how i can lose weight and if i ask she just says dont go on diets ughhh!! im so mad/sad/depressed so someone plz help oh btw im 154 5'4 15 yrs old thx so much oh my friend she was 146 and she lost 20 lbs by not eating anything but fruits and veggies is that healthy?? plz help!! thx in advance
