need help gaining weight ?!?

i am 20 years old, 5 foot 6, and weigh 100 pounds.

i want to be around 125 - 130.

how can i get there???

i also have a fast metabolism.. all my life i have remained at 100 pounds, but i am sure this is because i was never much of a eater.. i stuck to little snacks here and there.. just latley i have been eating full meals.. lots of milk .. and fruits to gain..

any other advice or help PLEASE! really need to gain.. sick of a stick thin body.
