i've been trying to stick to a pretty regular diet but i was wondering if the salad i eat usually every day is doing the trick. it's a pretty large bowl of mesculun lettuce (probably a good three handfuls) with sliced onions, peppers, only a few bleu cheese crumbles, tomato chunks, and oil and balsamic vinegar for dressing.
