It's good for weightloss. :) The fiber in it keeps you full... add some fruit and nuts and you have an etremely nutitious breakfast. some people say to stay away from it, yeah, but there are loads of diferent ways to lose weight...such people usually steer away from all carbs, but to be honest, it's unneccessary. lots of models eat oatmeal for breakfast... Also, some days they eat scrambled or boiled eggs and a slice of wholewheat toast...the best foods to eat for weightloss are fruits and vegetabes, lean meat, eggs, wholewheat bread, oatmeal, muesli (4 servings of starches is enough) drink lots of water and snack on almonds or fruit :) Find your own magic number eg 150g carbs a day work for me :P AND don't obsess :L Lie's too short!
