- the way i see it, that sort of regeneration is 99% diet. and i mean serious whole foods, traditional, organic, super high nutrient foods. loosing weight is one thing, but true cellular regeneration takes extensive detox(years worth) and very high quality nutrients. leafy greens will be one of your biggest tools! they are sooo powerful. high omega 3 animal foods will be another. when i say high omega 3 i mean organic, grass fed, home grown or as close to it as you can find. unfortunately that aint cheep though..makes me mad! do your best, and keep in mind that your ability to do something is mainly controlled by your desire and perseverance.
