Hi Marmasoot, funny name. Looking at your list of food you'd like to eat. I think a Low-Carb diet will fit you well. Unlike the first post, which will also help you lose weight, I think cutting out grain (rice) and starch (bread and potato) will help you get there faster. Then, once you reach your ideal physique, cycle through the Low-Carb and Regular Fat plan on rest days with a Low-Fat and moderate Carb plan on active days. The amount of weight depends on where you are now and where you want to be. On a Low-Carb and Regular Fat diet with moderate exercise, exemplified by Primal Diets, Paleo Diets, etc, you can get to any range you want technically.
