Young boys and girls are mislead. It takes more than just simple exercise to lose weight. Its predominantly about your diet. If you eat less calories than you burn throughout the day, then you will lose weight. If you eat more, then obviously you will gain weight. Find out how much you burn throughout the day at normal and with whatever exercise you do, then try and cut that number by 100 - 300 calories with what you eat daily and you will notice fat loss. Make sure the food you eat is good food not crappy fast food otherwise itll be counterproductive and you will just get weak and ill. Also don't eat throughout the day, thats bullsh*t, what you want to be doing is fasting for about 16 hours of the day, and fit ALL your meals in an 8 hour window. This way, you will get hungry when you're not eating (obviously) and your body has no option but to tap into your fat stores. No youre not starving yourself. No this is not a stupid idea. I do this, its called intermittent fasting and you shed weight so quickly, you dont need to buy any gimmicky product its just common sense. If you follow my advice you will start to feel much more benefits than just fat loss.
