Go over calories one day, still lose weight?

Do you think it's to horrible that I went over by 206 today? I did 40 minutes of cardio today. I have not gone over my calories at all in the past 2 1/2-3 weeks and I have been eating really healthy, but I did today b/c we had pizza for dinner tonight. So will going 206 calories over for just today mess up my weight loss? Thanks.
