Diet and exercises changes; not losing any weight, help?

Hi over that past couple of months I've seriously changed my diet to eating less and eating healthier because I was eating junk food and consuming too many calories last year. I also hardly ever worked out last year and when I did it was maybe once or twice a week at most for 30-45 minutes. For the past couple of months I've gotten to running for at least an hour 5 days a week, eating around 1100 or 1200 calories per day, and not drinking soda. Yet, I haven't lost any weight. I feel healthier, and my old jeans fit me now, which were just a little snug before, but I haven't lost any weight. I was thinking maybe it's muscle mass but still, shouldn't I be losing a little? My calorie counter app keeps predicting me to be losing a significant amount (I know 1-2 pounds a week is a good goal). I'm also a 5'11", 18 year old female if that makes a difference. My diet consists mostly of chicken caesar salads, tuna salad whole wheat tomato sandwiches, special k cereal, water, and sobe lifewater or lean tea. I do eat other meals sometimes, but usually have at least one of those for lunch or dinner every day.
I also don't get much Caesar dressing, to add to that. I eat 2 solid meals a day and a little Special K or granola bar here and there otherwise. I mean I'm not gaining weight, but I'm not losing it. And I've also always fluctuated like a lot. Like in a 10 pound window. Thanks for the help, guys.
Alsooooo, I work out at night mostly (sometime between 8pm and 11pm), but I'm usually up until around 2am anyways and sometimes have a small meal after I work out and still significantly before I go to bed.

Perfect Ways To Lose Weight

By the looks of it you are not eating enough. Contrary to popular belief you need to eat more, not necessarily less.

Are you monitoring your portion size? Eating a health balance of fruits, veggies, whole grains, and dairy? Chicken Caesar salads are still loaded with a fatty dressing and Sobe life waters still have bad sugar in them. You need to have a healthy combination of grains, dairy, fruit/veggies and protein at every meal, preferably 5-6 times a day. With 5 day a week workouts your body has likely gone into starvation mode and turned your metabolism to s**t. Increase the calories to at least 1,500 a day and you might start seeing a difference.

  • Try doing a regular planned out exercise schedule and do not change it up at all and do it for 30 days I recommend the cheer athletics workout and diet. It works well for them and me as well
