Can anyone help with my belly problem?

My belly is like filled with air, I go to the gym to do some workouts for weight loss and muscle building, if I compress my belly, I can see my abs forming. But if I let go of the compression it looks like a beer belly.. Which is impossible because I don't usually drink beer and it's not as hard as a beer belly. Is it hereditary or just baby fats or just bad eating habits? What could it be? What are the causes? How can I reduce or remove it? Btw, I am 17, Male. Thanks in advance

How to Lose Weight With Gluten Free Foods

You probably have visceral fat. That's fat in the viscera...the inside of the abdomen. Males then to store fat there first whereas females tend to store fat subcutaneously, under the skin, first. And, that's the caused of what we call a "beer belly".You could also have spinal lordosis. It's a common inward curvature of the lower spine that tends to make the butt more prominent while pushing the gut outward making a flat abdomen impossible. The solution is fat loss. The key to fat loss is not exercise, it's proper eating. Any exercise will burn calories but no exercise will burn fat unless your diet allows it. You can burn fat in your sleep or you can run all day and never burn any fat. It all depends on your diet. Fat loss is determined by calorie control, not by exercise. Good exercises for burning calories are speed walking, biking, swimming, dancing, etc. and ANY other physical activity which makes you move a lot of weight for a long time. But NO exercise is good for burning fat if you eat too many calories because you can always eat more calories than you can burn.Too many people waste energy and time because they do not understand this one simple point. The result is too often giving up in frustration, abandoning gym memberships they continue to pay for, and many other unnecessary problems not the least of which is a lack of success. An average person must walk about five miles every day for a week to burn the calories equivalent to a pound of body fat. So, unless you think walking about five miles a day (or doing an equivalent amount of exercise) with no guarantee of fat loss makes sense, focus your fat loss program on diet.Diet for fat loss. Can I eat more fruit if I exercise?

Okay, so according to the internet (myfitnesspal :P) I should aim to have only 24g of sugar a day IF i don't workout. 24g of sugar is only like 2 fruits :|But since I do cardio 6x a week and pilates every other day, is it okay for me to eat more sugar from healthy sources, like fruit? What would be a good amount of (healthy) sugar for a 5'2 girl at a low-ish healthy weight? Thanks.

How to Lose Weight in Your Legs in a Week

If you don't have blood sugar problems (eg: diabetes) you don't need to concern yourself with sugar. What you do need to concern yourself with are your macronutrients which include carbs. All of your carbs will ultimately be digested and converted to sugar....glucose. It's that glucose that supports your activity and provides your body with energy. So, you'll get more sugar than you might think. What's important is how you get that glucose...what you eat. Complex carbs are generally better than simple sugar unless you have a reason for needing sugar such as running a marathon. Sugar is not bad and carbs are not bad. What is bad is consuming sugar without the nutrients that should accompany it. That's why it's better to get your sugar from an apple or orange than from a Coke or cupcake. Here's how you should eat.Whether you want to gain weight, lose weight, add muscle, or maintain, you should use the same diet. In other words, everyone should be eating essentially the same macro nutrients (carbs, fats, protein), micro nutrients (vitamins, minerals, fiber, etc.) barring special health or medical considerations because we all have essentially the same physiognomy and there is only one version of peak health. Here is how we should all eat according to the US National Institute of Health who are among the best health professionals in the world and the people doctors listens to in the US.OPTIMAL INTAKEEat varied, wholesome, and high quality foods such that your daily caloric intake is about equal to your daily caloric burn while keeping your macro nutrient ratios at about 55/25/20 (%calories from carbs/fats/protein) or whatever works for your goals. Go here for more about macros --> http://www.freedieting.com/tools/nutrient_calculator.htm . Only slight changes should be made in the macro nutrient ratios to accommodate the extreme demands of special activities such as extreme athletics or inactivity due to illness.Note: Here are the details in case you're interested:http://health.gov/dietaryguidelines/2010.asp http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/nutrition.htmlYOU MUST make your own food choices (no supplements without a doctor's recommendation) based on your location, culture, available foods, personal preferences, personal resources, food allergies, etc. However, the words "varied", "wholesome", and "high quality" are important. And, you should consume your food in 4-6 daily meals with healthy snacks between such that you're nourishing yourself every two hours when awake. VARIED means a variety of foods including fruits, dairy, meats, vegetables, grains, nuts, etc. WHOLESOME means as unprocessed, unrefined, nutritious as is practical.HIGH QUALITY means using the best ingredients, the least contaminants or fillers or unnecessary chemicals, etc.TRACKINGNutrient tracking is necessary to ensure you have the optimal caloric intake and macro nutrient balance. For most people, tracking is only required for fat loss because of the difficulty in cutting intake and nutrients while maintaining digestive and appetite satisfaction. However, tracking is an excellent exercise for noobs who are just learning how to eat right for the first time. Tracking makes it necessary to read labels, look up food nutrients, record data, plan meals and recipes, etc. And, as annoying as it may be to have to track, it is easier to do today than ever before with the help of website such as My Fitness Pal ---> http://www.myfitnesspal.com. Just saying you do "cardio" is meaningless. However, assuming you just do a nominal amount, it will not have a substantial effect on your sugar RDA. Like I said, if you eat right, you don't need to worry about sugar. Like all other nutrients, sugar can be good or bad. It all depends how much you get and how your get it.Good luck and good health!!♠

How to Reduce Body Fat Without Losing Weight

Recommended Answer:

I'm done with my weight loss journey and completely happy with how I feel and how I look right now however losing weight is a challenge for anyone and even losing 5 pounds and keeping it off isn't an easy task. Also I bet you didn't know that 5 pounds of fat is about the size of 8 cheese burgers? That alone should be enough to make anyone want to get on the ball and start a change for the better. Weight loss can be really easy to learn but the problem is nobody wants to put the required effort that is needed to actually do it, instead people continually look for (easy) ways to do it. If there was an easy way to lose weight I don't think 35% of Americans would be obese. There was a time when I also wanted to lose weight and was tired of starting diets only to lose motivation and give up just a few weeks later after seeing no results. However, let me tell you it is literally one of the easiest things you will ever learn once you find a good and reputable place to learn it from and I say that only because the world is filled with magic diet pills, liquid flush diets and a thousand other quick fixes that promise xx pounds of weight loss in the first week and even though it is impossible they know you're going to do it because your desperate. I have probably tried every diet pill, liquid flush diet, and ab rocket machine known to man and have had no success with any of them nor do I know anyone that has ever had any success with them. I have also tried starving myself which works very well for the first few weeks' right before your metabolism comes to a complete stop and eating just the tiny bit makes you gain weight and you end up weighing more than you did before you started starving yourself. Companies promote weight loss to make money not to get people healthy again and that's because they know you're not going to be a customer and buy their products if you're no longer fat. http://fatloossfactor.com is a site I want you to go to when you have 10 or 20 minutes to spare and I want you to sit down and watch his video on weight loss. He helps people every day to lose weight I have never seen someone as committed as him and that will go so far out of his way to help someone. His weight loss program is one of the best I have ever had the enjoyment of doing and it is without doubt the best success I have ever had with any weight loss program. I also couldn't be happier with my body right now and I have never felt this wonderful in my whole life. In the end you just got to remember to stick with it and stay confident in yourself and in no time you can achieve the results you have always wanted. It's not hard to lose weight but most people have a hard time staying motivated and 9 times out of 10 it was because they weren't really committed from the beginning. Anyways I hope I helped you and I hope you make the commitment to change your body and life. Remember it's not easy to take the first step but you did, you're here right now taking it and the rest of the steps will fall into place. Have a wonderful day.
