How can I loose weight I'm 16 and overweight!!?

I have struggle with my weight since I was young. I know what people think straight away that I eat a lot of unhealthy food but that's not true I eat about one meal a day. I have had some family problems recently and tried to hurt myself so instead of doing something negative I want to do something positive and loose weight. I don't want to be supper skinny just loose a few stone and feel good bout my self. I want to have a toned body and flattish belly. Does anyone have any advice please. I'm desperate.

  • I don't know about all the facts but I actually tried the same thing.. I got way more Tierd to try going to bed earlier. Also... If it was a dramatic calorie drop that cud hav something to do with it but I don't know.
