I have to go get a physicaltoday for track and I want my weight to be lower so how can i lose like 5-10 pounds of water weight in 3 hours? please hurry!! I dont have a sauna sooo thats not an option haha

  • The best thing for you to do is to not eat fried food of any kind or lots of sugar. The most important thing though is to make sure you eat ENOUGH calories. If you don't eat enough, your body goes into shock and actually stores fat instead of burning it. Eat grilled food, vegetables, fruit, and drink only water. I know it'll be hard to cut out all the good tasting foods, so what I do is I allow myself a "cheat meal" twice a week. I eat whatever I want within reason, so don't go to a restaurant and order an appetizer, fried food, soda, and a massive dessert. Besides eating right, just make sure you get cardio in every day. This is weird to talk about but it really bugs me because I don''t think this is normal. I''ll usually go once every 4-5 days or so and I don''t think its normal because I eat a good diet. Your bathroom habits though dont sound so good. It looks like youre having constipation.

Hi All..This is the question asked by many readers here.
I was overweight for most of my time in the life because I have been fed on junk for a lot many years it was lately when i realized that I need to lose weight and lost 20 kgs by excercising.(that was when I was a student).But since I started to work it was difficult for me to cope up going to the gym and quit it..but then in less than 6 months I regained all of the weight. And now I cannot get rid of the food.I am an indian and a real fan of food.
Lately I have tried taking the wheatgrass shots..Do they really help..
I avoid sugar and oily stuff and avoid rice too(most of the time)
Can you all help me out with an excercise plan and a diet that I can follow to lose weight.
