There''s NO way you''re going to lose 15 lbs. in two weeks. Weight needs to be shed slowly, so it won''t creep back. Losing 2-3 lbs. weekly, is the safe amount to lose. When losing weight, drink a lot of water daily, exercise daily, for at least 30-60 minutes. Eat healthy & try NOT to eat in between meals. If you have to, drink water & eat a small piece of fruit. Do not weigh yourself daily, because weight will fluctuate up & down, thus causing you to become discouraged. Weigh yourself once a week, & do this first thing in the morning, in the buff. That will give you your true weight. Exercise, can be biking, walking, etc. Doing the same type of exercise can become boring, so do the exercises that you look forward to doing. Lose slowly & you''ll do just fine. Good luck!!!!

It isn''t compulsory to keep taking insulin after taking it once or more... it all depends on if your body needs it, if your blood sugars are running high. There is a chance your blood sugar can be controlled with oral medicines, diet, exercise and weight loss. Testing and more testing will tell you what you need.
Often diabetics get dependent on on inject-able insulin so they can eat whatever they want without adjusting their diets, exercise level and lifestyle.

Personally mate i would mix your days up so one day is cardio, the other is weights. Mon cardio tues weights wed cardio thurs weights fri cardio, saturday and sundays off. You are overtraining your body so muscle wise you wont see a lot of improvement. An hour to an hour and a half is long enough. On cardio days if its intense interval training i would do 45 minutes to an hour. Always warm your body up on treadmill/ stretching for around 10-15 mins at a steady pace. When you are doing weights stick to compound movements such as bench press, deadlifts, squats etc as they use a large range of muscles. Kettlebell snatches are a great fat burning exercise you could use on either a cardio/weight day. Make sure you are getting enough liquid and are eating a good balanced diet. Personally i would focus on cardio to lose the weight- with sprinting and so on. Then slowly edge the cardio out once youve lost the weight and do more days of weight training. Just my opinion, good luck!

Well without knowing your exact calorific intake and activity that''s impossible to calculate, but 1 lb in weight (fat) is approximate to around 3500 calories. So if you burn off 500 calories per day more than you consume then you would lose 1 lb per week, if you burn off 1000 per day more than you take in then you''d lose 2 lbs a week etc. 2 lbs weight loss per week is really the maximum you should be aiming for, but if you were to eat 1600 calories (for example) and your BMR is 1400 and you burn off 600 calories through normal activity and then 600 on your bike, you would have used up 1000 more than you took in, If you did that every day, you''d find you lose approximately 2 lbs a week.

There are many simple things you can do. Here is what I would suggest:
1. Vary your caloric intake each day. For example, have 1500 one day, 1200 the next, 1700 the next, and so on. That way your body doesn't adjust to the calorie level.
2. Vary the foods you eat. Eat a great variety of healthy food.
3. Vary your exercise routines. Don't work out at the same time everyday. Sometimes work out in the morning, sometimes in the afternoon, sometimes twice a day, and sometimes skip a day.
4. Vary the types of exercise you do. Don't do the same things everyday.
5. Include strength training/weight lifting as part of your exercise plan, but again don't do the same things everyday,
6. Incorporate as many types of aerobic exercise as you can. Each day vary the time, the intensity, and the type of exercise as much as possible.
7. Eliminate ALL junk food, sodas, pop, sweets, fried foods, fast foods, fruit juices, and processed foods. Everyday eat a healthy diet of fruit, veggies, a few nuts, lean meat and fish, whole grain breads and cereals, low fat dairy products.
