Im 18 year old male i curently weigh 290. So far ive lost 42 lbs. But i decided to change my workout. This has been my daily routine for the past 3 days . NO red meat what so ever only white meat. No sodas or juices and no junk food. I do 6 miles every day on my stationary bike. How much weight can i lose on weekly basis.
