How to Lose Weight: 20 Pounds in 60 Days Without Exercise

Recommended Answer:

I've heard that if you buy something like shorts or jeans, at the size that you want to be, and hang it somewhere so that you can remember that you want to fit in them , actually works . if you lower your food portions by about half, you stomach will get used to less food, so it will become smaller. also , since you like exercising, you should exercise at least 45 minutes a day, 4-5 days a week . i hope i helped. ♥

How to Get a Chihuahua to Lose Weight

Many people lose 10lbs on the first week but I only lost 1lb. After I started losing more but then I hit starvation mode. Didn't lose any and then gave up. So from my experience I'd say not very fast but it depends on the person.

  • I'm done with my weight loss journey and completely happy with how I feel and how I look right now however losing weight is a challenge for anyone and even losing 5 pounds and keeping it off isn't an easy task. Also I bet you didn't know that 5 pounds of fat is about the size of 8 cheese burgers? That alone should be enough to make anyone want to get on the ball and start a change for the better. Weight loss can be really easy to learn but the problem is nobody wants to put the required effort that is needed to actually do it, instead people continually look for (easy) ways to do it. If there was an easy way to lose weight I don't think 35% of Americans would be obese. There was a time when I also wanted to lose weight and was tired of starting diets only to lose motivation and give up just a few weeks later after seeing no results. However, let me tell you it is literally one of the easiest things you will ever learn once you find a good and reputable place to learn it from and I say that only because the world is filled with magic diet pills, liquid flush diets and a thousand other quick fixes that promise xx pounds of weight loss in the first week and even though it is impossible they know you're going to do it because your desperate. I have probably tried every diet pill, liquid flush diet, and ab rocket machine known to man and have had no success with any of them nor do I know anyone that has ever had any success with them. I have also tried starving myself which works very well for the first few weeks' right before your metabolism comes to a complete stop and eating just the tiny bit makes you gain weight and you end up weighing more than you did before you started starving yourself. Companies promote weight loss to make money not to get people healthy again and that's because they know you're not going to be a customer and buy their products if you're no longer fat.http://fattlossfacctor.com is a site I want you to go to when you have 10 or 20 minutes to spare and I want you to sit down and watch his video on weight loss. He helps people every day to lose weight I have never seen someone as committed as him and that will go so far out of his way to help someone. His weight loss program is one of the best I have ever had the enjoyment of doing and it is without doubt the best success I have ever had with any weight loss program. I also couldn't be happier with my body right now and I have never felt this wonderful in my whole life. In the end you just got to remember to stick with it and stay confident in yourself and in no time you can achieve the results you have always wanted. It's not hard to lose weight but most people have a hard time staying motivated and 9 times out of 10 it was because they weren't really committed from the beginning. Anyways I hope I helped you and I hope you make the commitment to change your body and life. Remember it's not easy to take the first step but you did, you're here right now taking it and the rest of the steps will fall into place. Have a wonderful day.

Weight loss takes time. My word for you would be to NEVER lose more than 2 lbs a week, it isnt healthy for your body. NEVER EVER skip a meal! You'll end up gaining the weight right back. I always eat about 6 meals a day (sounds crazy right?) but actually they are really small meals. That way i never over eat. Also im never starving during that time but I also watch my calories. In case you didnt know you have to burn more calories than you consume. Here is a good website to get exactly how many calories you should take in at your age, weight, and activity level, use it! http://www.my-calorie-counter.com/calorie_calculator.aspthere are about 3500 calories in one pound. So use that website get your info and when you work out try to burn about 500 more calories than you have consumed... Does that make since? Ex:) if your calorie intake in 1,500, you should try to burn 2,000 calories while working out. I know that sounds diffucult to do. But if you have a gym near by i would sign up and use the work out machines that work your full body.. Like the eliptical (not sure if i spelled that right) use the gazelle, just anything that works your full body to help burn those calories.mentally just dont even bother buying junk food, stick with fruits and fresh veggies. your body needs Iron to keep stamina so make sure to eat meat. I personally would rather eat fruit that junk. I LOVE FRUIT!also what i do for myself mentally is I set small goals for weight loss for myself. Instead of saying" I want to lose 30 pounds in 4 months" start slow. lmonthly plans are key say things like "in the month of september i want to lose 2 pounds a week." there are about 4 weeks in every month, so thats about 8 lbs in a month. THATS A GREAR START!!... That means by the end of october you would have lost 16 lbs. Thats amazing!!Stay motivated dont give up. And remember there are no excuses on why you cant work out...if you dont mind i would love to share with you this video i watch when i dont feel like working out... Its a short video hope you watch. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xlTlLaVVHko&feature=youtube_gdata_player

  • I was having problems with losing weight for a while. I tried going low carb and it worked great! I tried to go less than 20 grams of carbs a day. However, I have gained weight over the summer so I will be doing this again very soon! Good luck and I hope I helped.
  • Stop with the diet pop. Artificial sweeteners are really bad for you. Eating less is the only way to lose weight or burning more calories.Unless you go without eating to the point of actual stomach grumbling hunger there is little chance you will lose weight. There is a difference between food and nutrition.
  • Studied have shown that the sweeteners in diet soda, make you crave sweets even more. Cut out ALL soda. You are doing good with the exercise.I wish you well.
  • Cut out all soda. Diet isn't good for you. The chemical aspartame isn't very good for you body either (found is all diet drinks & chewing gum) Your exercise if fine.I'd join a gym near you and start going to workout more, you should be aiming to burn more than you consume.Try eating 4-6 small meals throughout the day, it'll. cause a spike in your metabolism and you'll burn the fats in the food quicker.
  • For weight loss, dieting is more effective than exercise. Reducing your intake of junk sugar will help as in items 22 and 106 in http://www.rheumatic.org/sugar.htm The natural sugars in fruits are OK as they are metabolised to glucose slowly due to their high fiber content. Fruits are low in calories and are not fattening. Most fruits are metabolism boosting foods and most vegetables as well and that helps for weight loss.

Do push ups make breasts bigger or smaller?

I feel like my breasts are very big and want to make them smaller without breast reduction surgery as I don't like the idea of surgery. So, I looked around on the web to see what I can do, and some sources said that exercises such as push ups make breasts smaller, but others said that push ups make breasts bigger. Does anyone know which one is true? I know that losing weight will help me reduce breast size, but also, is there any other way I can reduce the size of my breasts?

How to Lose the Flab After Losing Weight

Recommended Answer:

Pushups do not make your breasts smaller. They can build up the muscles under them making them look bigger/perkier. Breasts are fat. If you want to reduce them without surgery you need to lower your body fat %. I think people get confused because strong looking women tend to have smaller breasts but in reality their braests are small because they have low body fat %.

Other Answers:

  • Ok well push ups will not do anything for you if anything it would make them bigger probably lol
  • Losing weight only reduces your breast size if you have fat around your breast. And theres absolutely nothing you can do to make your breasts smaller. Doing push ups or lifting weights will only tone your breast muscle, not effect it's size. Also, just start embracing your big breasts, nothing wrong with having them. Hope I helped. :)
  • Exercising the pectoral muscles does not increase the size of your breasts. It does however build the muscle underneith the breasts fatty tissue, which inturn builds the pectoral muscle under the breasts giving the appearance of larger breasts (it also makes your breasts lift). You are correct that (normally) losing weight reduces breast size. I do believe there are hormonal supplements that can be taken to reduce breast size but (besides having not so desirable side effects) these supplements will have to be taken continuously or all desired effects will return to natural state. In addition I would not consider to attempt to self medicate but seek out the advice of a physician. I don't know your reasons for wanting smaller breasts but take in mind that millions and millions are spent every year by women wanting what you have (I have myself had 2 breast augmentations).
