How do pear shapes lose weight?

So I already eat good! Breakfast usually consist of some kind of fruit smootjie (plain, lowfat Greek yogurt, low fat almond milk (60cals) and whatever fruit I feel like having in it. Lunch: grilled chicken salad tons of veggies and vinagrette. Supper: a small amount of what ever my parents are making that night. Of course this changes sometimes but that's what I usually eat. 4 weeks ago I started the couch to 5k program and I briskly walk 1-2 miles everyday. I have been lifting a little bit of weights to help tone my arms. But I haven't lost any weight or even toned up a tad what gives? Ive been trying for a while and it sure Is discouraging. My butt and legs are HUGE and are my main proplen areas. Does anyone have any tips or ways to help me lose this fat! Would love to lose some weight before the holidays! Extra info:16 yr old female.

Hi, I'm 15. I'm 170 cm tall (67 in?) and weigh 52 kg (112 lbs). I know I'm too skinny and I do eat a lot, but I just can't gain weight. I have dance training twice a week (an hour each time) and we run, stretch, do sit ups, etc etc. Now, I'm wondering how to work out (at home, without any equipment if possible) without losing weight? I want to gain weight in my arms and calves especially, and I'd like to tone my butt a lot also. I'm also wondering if someone could maybe write me a 'weight gaining' diet plan? Like, breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner thing. Because I really don't know what more to eat to gain weight! I'm going in high school and I want to bulk up a bit.   • You're suppose to be in the 145-150 since you're pretty tall but being 205 pounds is not good. You have to have a balanced diet, exercise A LOT. Never do crunches. You can't exercise, and not have a diet because eating right plays a REALLY big role in losing weight.   • 5'8 is a pretty tall girl.. But yes it is quite possible! As the others said, eat right! DON'T DIET, not eating will cause your body to take fats from the food you do eventually eat, and store them. So I would suggest eating a healthy amount, and do a lot of cardio! That stuff makes you lose wieght. If its possible join some local running club or your schools cross country team. I knew a kid who lost 80 pounds in ONE YEAR from that. Confidence is key, you can do anything if you really want to! Good luck!

I''m a young girl and my mom says I really do need to lose weight. I look at myself in the mirror a lot and I noticed I gained more weight. My stomache is kind of big. It kind of flops a bit. I just cannot stop eating food. Eversince my dad left me when I was about 8, I kept eating a lot and that was a problem. Before my father left me I barely ate anything at all. I was a VERY skinny person. But now, I really want to lose weight. I know there isn''t any "tricks to losing weight" but I would like to know ways how to. And remember, I am young.
