my hair is soo dry i use strigthners alot but i have to im bit addicted if im honest how can i ge long healthy hair help and make it grow fast

Do push ups make breasts bigger or smaller?

I feel like my breasts are very big and want to make them smaller without breast reduction surgery as I don't like the idea of surgery. So, I looked around on the web to see what I can do, and some sources said that exercises such as push ups make breasts smaller, but others said that push ups make breasts bigger. Does anyone know which one is true? I know that losing weight will help me reduce breast size, but also, is there any other way I can reduce the size of my breasts?

I know there is no magic pill that can burn your fat off while you sit on the couch, but I already eat healthy and go to the gym very often. I just want to know if I could take something to help me loose weight along with the other stuff.
