Will eating a dessert every day make me gain weight?

I eat pretty healthy throughout the day with a homemade vegetarian meal for dinner with my family. I have found I like baking healthy desserts but I'm not sure if they are healthy or not. I make flapjacks, apple crumble etc with my mum. I try not to have a big portion. Will i gain weight? I try and eat below 2000 calories. Thanks x
