Will drinking this juice affect my diet ?

About two weeks ago, I came across Avocado juice. I avocado in salads and sandwiches, but when i tried the juice it was very good, but then someone told me that it actually causes to gain weight. The juice that i drank contained 1 avocado, honey, milk and a little bit of water. I'm now maintaining my weight since i've lost 13 pounds and reached my semi goal, So my question is, will it affect my diet?

How to Lose Weight With Cayenne Pepper

Recommended Answer:

Juice is juice.By juicing any fruit or vegetable we concentrate the sugars and fats while concentrating vitamins and minerals.Juicing removes the beneficial fiber from the food. Juices of whole foods still break the fiber down to a much less effective form. Any juice causes blood sugar and insulin spikes in order to process the concentrated calories. Our bodies have evolved to process chewed foods. That is why we have teeth instead of blender blades in the mouth.

Other Answers:

  • This drink is unhealthy. Consumption of milk and other dairy products are strongly correlated with the growth of cancer tumors. It is also highly caloric and has a high glycemic index. This number of avocados are unhealthy because of oils that, over time, will contribute to vascular disease. Honey is a sugar which again has a high glycemic index.I'd suggest that you learn to make a "green smoothie" instead of this concoction. It will be higher in nutrients and much lower in calories. Check the Internet for recipes,
  • Taking it to the worst scenario, if you were one half pound heavier related to the juice, you could lose it that day. It would be water weight, so don't worry.
