Weight lose tips for a teen 20 points best?

Hey guys!! I'm 13 5'7 and I weigh 197 pounds I wanna lose weight quick maybe in a month or so my goal is 30 pounds. I LOVE to eat. I eat fast and I like junk food. I play baseball and I don't like to "work out" I like to walk. And I want to start boxing and I hangout with friends. I'm a strong kid too. How can I lose 30 pounds - 45 pounds quick? And I want supportive answers not people who exadriate about it
