I have been in the gym for months but nothing serious, and eating right is my big down fall-?

my wife and I have to decided to dedicate ours lives to a weight loss life style. When you talk to people about how to get started people have 1000 different ways to do this. Whats a good workout routine for 4 days a week and a good meal plan? We are both bigger people.

It's a lot harder to stick to a diet then it is to stick to a lifestyle change. Stop drinking pop and sugary drinks. Eat more whole grains. Stay away from deep fried food and fast food. Limit processed food and food with added/artificial sugar. I know in today's world it's hard to do that. If possible make all meals from scratch this way you know which ingredients are in it.
