How to lose 15 pound in 1and half month?

im 13 turning to 14 i weight 58 and im 158cm tall.I have this problem of mine which is many people are alwaysmaking fun of me being fat. i want to lose weight in a month onlybefore the concert i'll be going and before my b-dayi know it's bad to lose 15 pounds in a month and im too young tocare about this but. im not really confident of my self right now..PLEASE HELP! It's basically impossible to lose weight that fast HOWEVER the only you could get possibly close is very very strategic. You would REALLY have to want it, and be willing to be in pain. You'd have to work out EVERYDAY for at least an hour (if not more) run for an hour, bike for an hour. You'd have to push yourslef. Not only would you need to exercise, but if you're eating sh!t then you're not gonna lose weight. Drink 4 bottles of water a day (minimum. water is an excellent way to lose weight) and eat under 1500 calories a day. (if you really want to lose weight you'll read the back of the boxes and write that sh!t down and make sure you don't eat anymore than that.) It's important to eat breakfast also. Don't skip it. eat it. It's hard to explain all the neccesary things you'll need to do in order to get anywhere close to losing 15 pounds in a month. Losing weight is HARD WORK. You didn't gain the weight overnight. One work out ain't gonna cut it. Everyday intense work out. It's gonna suck. if you really want to do it though, you'd change your entire eating habits and excercise on a regular basis anyways. Temporary fixes never work. good luck
