How to gain weight and still be healthy?

Ok so I'm 21 years old and I've always had a really skinny bone structure. I'm 5 feet 4 inches, weight 105 pounds. I know I'm in the normal range for my height, but I'm really bone-y. As I've gotten older my cheekbones have gotten a lot higher than they used to be too. I know some people like the look but I personally feel gaunt and scrawny with my overall physique. The thing is I don't really exercise and I eat a pretty high carb diet (I'm Indian so it's a pretty standard cultural diet). How can I gain healthy weight? What foods should I eat? I'm sick of people telling me I look too skinny.about 105 on the lower end* (fluctuates between 105 and 110)

It's all about consistently eating more calories than you burn to make a calorie surplus. This will inevitably lead to weight gain. Start off eating 3,000 calories every day. If in two weeks you haven't gained any weight, increase it by 500 calories and keep increasing by 500 calorie increments until you see weight gain over time.
