[its not pure water, but its mixed w/ electrolytes like calcium. postassium, sodium, etc.]misleading "weight" loss programs have ppL losing a lot of water/fluid and thinking they'r getting into shape .ppl on poor diets lose bone, too, and it's heavy.same w/ muscle.so the only thing to lose is excess bod fat.Lost "weight" doesn't tell us much.Other Answers:
