I'm a 15 year old girl. I'm really serious about my health and I want to stay fit, it's my number one goal in life. I'm around 114 pounds, and 5 ft. 4. I was always very athletic but over the summer I really let myself go, and now I don't remember the last time I exercised. I was 110 pounds and I went up to 116, then back down to 114.I've been eating alright I guess, kind of fattening foods but not too bad. I have noticed a bit weight gain in my legs and hips, but do you think I really should worry? For some reason I think my muscles are so much worse, my legs used to be so thin and rock hard when I flexed my muscles, now when I flex they are just flabby fat and skin. Do you think I should start exercsing again? it's a little tough since I have so much school stuff to worry about, but is it really important to?
