32 weeks I have gained too much weight during my pregnancy How can I lose some?

I am 17 (very young to be having a child I know) pregnant with my first. My pre-pregnancy weight was 132 lbs and now I am 32 weeks and have gained 30 lbs. My nurse makes me feel completely awful about my weight gain and scared to step on the scale at my appointments. I really need to lose some weight so I can stop crying every time I leave my appointments. I feel so depressed about my weight gain.

How to Run to Lose Weight

Recommended Answer:

Eat healthier and exercise more.Don't try to do any drastic diets or anything, but just watch what you eat. Same with exercise - don't try running a marathon, but go for a nice walk a couple of times a day.

  • If you want to stop gaining weight or you need to lose some lbs, start eating healthier. You can't go on a hardcore diet because your pregnant but get healthier foods into your system. Fruits, veggies, eggs. Don't eat a ton of processed foods either, because not only are they bad for you, but they are terrible for your little one and that's just starting them off on bad eating habbits when your eating bad.You can also do light cardio, go on walks or short jogs, its perfectly fine for you and your baby to do light work outs while pregnant. And last of all, your nurse is a witch if shes really making you feel that awful about gaining weight. p.s. wear a condom next time. your way too young.
