Im a femaleI weight 205 poundsI am 5 feet tall.Its July 20th, I plan on getting down to 180 pounds by the first day of fall (Sept 22).I plan on counting ALL my food and drink intake. I will be using MyFitnessPal calorie counter. I plan on consuming 1100 calories a day. Also eating healthy natrual foods.For exercie its really hard for me.... I plan on working out everyday... I plan on walking or jogging. Walking my dogs, hiking, tennis, swimming and other random activites... Ill probably lighting jog the most, and It will be for probably an hour.Will I be able to get to my goal?Any tips? Thank You Very Much <3

Eat right. Three meals a day. Healthy. Fruits. Veggies. Lean meats with basically NO fats. Exercise everything from arms down to your legs. :-) its difficult losing weight and you'll gain muscle weight before you actually start losing weight. Don't expect to see results in the first day or two.
