What kind of effect will my diet have on my health?

Okay, so...I know this is terrible.I'm 5'3-5'4 and I weigh around 93 pounds. I barely eat or not at all all week except for one day, where I go crazy and have whatever I want. it might even be upwards of 8000 calories. I also exercise for around 20 minutes every day. I always gain around 3 pounds the day after my big eating day but then quickly lose that and more after a couple of days of starving.I don't have a period anymore, so that is one sign that what I'm doing is bad. And everyone tells me that it's so terrible, but I don't get it. I'm able to maintain a low weight and eat what I want, so what's wrong with it? I guess what I'm asking is, will this take any serious tolls on my health?

Very bad.Eat everyday, big breakfast, medium sized lunch and small dinner. Do 30 minutes of jogging a day with maybe some push ups and sit ups too. Have as much organic food as possible.

  • Well the first thing that will happen is your body will consume itself. Vitamins and minerals will be in short supply so your immune system will suck them out of your body. Your bones will grow brittle and your organs will slowly begin to fail. I'm not telling this to change your behavior. I do not care about you. If you die, no matter to me. I just want the 2 points.
  • just because you maintain a low weight doesnt mean your healthy try balancing your calories throughout the week, not all on oneday that slows your metabolism down and will seriously endanger your health
