I am 15 too.... Trying to lose 30lbs.... I exercise an hour a day... 30 mins of treadmill, 30 mins of bike riding and 5 minute ab workout.... Go jogging 3 miles?! If you can 5! I did that last yr and lost 25 but I became so lazy and gained 30 :(..Workout 5 days a week.. cardio or what you prefer.. 45 mins/1hrWhat is a good workout routine for a 15 year-old?

I weigh around 200-210 pounds and I'm not looking to stack on muscle... I am just looking for a way to lose weight. I have been trying for a long time, and I wanted to try P90X but that's for adults... I just need a way to get skinnier and feel better about myself.
