Sprinting is a great way to get fit since it uses short bursts of energy and is not really hard and most sprinters in my school have bodies that pretty much free of the flab and look like sticks but have plenty of muscle, but don't try to get in to it right away since its better to start out slowly as you may injure yourself if you just jump right in to it.Other Answers:
