What's the easiest way to get in shape fast?

I am female, 15, 5'3, 105 pounds, but I am very out of shape and flabby. I can't even run half of a mile without feeling like I am going to die. I want to be able to run 15 miles. I want my muscles to be tight and toned. I want to look hot, but that's hard having such short flabby legs. it makes me look fatter being short. I want to look stick skinny. I struggle with my body appearance so much. So, my question is, how do I get in shape? Like does anyone just have a plan for me, like a diet and exercise plan? Please help!

Sprinting is a great way to get fit since it uses short bursts of energy and is not really hard and most sprinters in my school have bodies that pretty much free of the flab and look like sticks but have plenty of muscle, but don't try to get in to it right away since its better to start out slowly as you may injure yourself if you just jump right in to it.
