Tips on losing weight for teens?

I'm 13 and I wanna weigh 130 lbs I'm 5' 7"! Right now I'm 200 lbs last time I checked I don't look bad really most people think I weigh 140. Im pretty strong so I have a lot of muscle mass. Btw I'm a girl. Any tips are appreciated!
