Hi,I'm currently 22, obese and really want to change the direction my life is going. I want to lose weight, haven't stepped on scales in a long time, I think i'm around 19 stone though (5ft 10 height).My eating isn't great but I know I can change my eating habits to something healthier and more manageable, no snacks etc. I've done that before and have seen weight loss but then about 3 weeks in I give in and get a takeaway and then lose my footing on the diet. I suppose it's because I don't see results fast enough by just changing my eating.This is where the exercise plan comes in. I have a reasonably active job, I'm a retail manager and I'm always on the move, I walk at a good pace (everyone says I walk too fast) so that helps however I want to introduce real exercise. I don't want to join a gym yet. I'm too self conscious right now, I want to lose a good chunk of weight and then go to the gym to get fit and toned once i've lost the weight. Has anyone got any good exercise routines for a good push and weight loss, any diet tips for good workouts, any equipment I should buy for home exercising?
