my new job gots me walking around alot . im losing a lot of weight ?

know i took protein but it hasn't helped my weight lose . i work at amazon picking which they say we walk 10 to 15 miles a day . i eat 3 big meals over there still weight is coming off o have worked there 3 weeks know i have lost 8 pounds im 5'11 145 right know . how can i stop i already as much as i can on my breaks. and before anyone says anything dumb about more carbs i already eats losts of that. i more or less asking for a supplement i should MAYBE take. and im presses for cash right know
