Recommended Answer:

Cut and bulk cycles. Your currently bulking. Once you have the amount of muscle your looking for do a cut. Restrict calories to lose some fat. Lift during a cut to maintain lean mass.

Other Answers:

  • Calories doesnt help you build muscle! Too much like 4000+ helps you build FAT! Youll get fatter and fatter. What you need is protein! Eat back to 2000-2500 calories, but make sure most is protein
  • That is where the exercising comes into play.
  • Ab\Hancer my friend.
  • Who told you to eat calories to gain mass? Calories give you the energy to work out. Working out causes small tears in the muscles, when those tears are repaired the new muscle tissue is larger. You need protein to repair the muscle. So, working hard and eating protein causes muscle mass. That being said, you need to work the abdomen very hard to get ripped abs. It is very difficult, but can be done. I would suggest eating more protein and lowering your caloric intake.
  • You need to stop counting calories and start looking at fat burning foods that will help sustain your energy and muscle at the same time burning unwanted fat. Try: Greens -cabbage,lettuce,broccoli,spinach,kale,wheatgrassAlmonds for energy Almond milk over regular milk.Less meat of any kind Adequate rest Drink only water everyday all day
