Is This Grounds to file a harassment suit?

My fiance had a great job at Petsmart. Then an assistant manager was hired. She is Satan incarnate. She constantly makes employees feel like crap, she yells at my fiance for no reason, she makes up stories about her, she made fun of the condition of her van, and told her the van disgusted her, she gets my fiance in trouble for things that are not her fault, she started rumours about the weight loss pills my fiance has been taking (my fiance is very sensitive about her weight), she humiliates her in front of customers, and she started rumours about my fiance being pregnant, among many other things. Is this grounds to sue? Please tell me what I can do. She is making my fiance's life a living hell.@Alan, This is not a case of an employee wanting to be lazy. They had a wonderfully productive workforce. They got things done and they got along. This woman is a narcissistic sociopath who enjoys drama and having people beneath her.@Goober, You really should research your facts, or have any clue what you're talking about in general before you attept to answer a question. The problem with that is that there are also strictly enforced laws against making an audio recording of someone's speech without their knowledge. • I do not see any grounds for a lawsuit. Being Satan is not illegal and all lawsuits must show a financial loss. Being humiliated because your fat isn't a financial loss.
