So I was reading a post by Shaun T (famous dude who created a bunch of workout programs on TV n stuff), and he discussed something on how to successfully eat healthy.Take a piece of paper, make a line down the middle, and on one side, write all the healthy foods you enjoy. On te other side, write the foods you like to eat but aren't healthy.Eat 80% from the healthy side and 20% from the other side.I believe this is a good simple beginning approach to dieting so you can eat healthy without feeling deprived. It doesn't mean you stuff everything and anything in your mouth, it means you enjoy treats in moderaSHAUN.as for the exercise, if you don't have a gym, you can always go out for a bike ride outside. As long as you are pushing yourself and breaking a sweat, you're burning calories. Try to do it as often as you'd like- I'd try at least every other day. I was given not a diet ( don't call it that ) ... it's just changing your eating habits for life. A diet is more of changing what you eat drastically and then you end up giving up. I also did exercise twice a week!
