I work out then stop for like 3 months. WTF is wrong with me?!?

I never worked out and saw any results thats how bad its getting. I work out for like a month then stop for three months. My motivation is so weak. I've been going through depression and I always think me being in shape is not going to help shit because its problems that I have beyond being in shape. I only weighed 120Ibs this year now after I went to the doctor I found out I gained 10Ibs more. It surprised me and it surprised my mom and sister too because I always would preach good health and fitness but I wasnt doing it, and that is REALLY embarassing to go through. I felt like shit and I cant even fit in my darn clothes anymore and im starting school next week. I need a good work out routine and fitness tips! I dont know if mine was good but I would get on the eliptical for 30mins and then do this painful streatch band workout dvd. I think I could do wayyy more than that.Thnx for reading my shit1y question :)
