I want to start running for weight loss?

Okay, so ever since I was little I've been overweight, even more so in recent years and I'd like to lose weight. When I was younger I got bullied for it a lot, and though it doesn't happen anymore the insecurities it caused are still there. I live near the people who used to torment me about it, so I can't really jog around where I live. I don't know what to do but I'd like to improve myself physically and create a healthier version of me. Any suggestions?

Well if you dont already;eat healthier, try eat serving sizes. If you do then fantastic! But you can always eat junk food once in a while (it won't KILL you! Lol) so you say you can't jog where you live, then try doing "at home" Exercises (sit ups, crunches, push ups,etc.) and you could also purchase or watch some work out interactive videos, it would just be like going to a work out class, but at home! I hope some of those suggestions helped. :)
