I want to lose weight but like some parts of me?

I wear a size 8, but I would love to be a 4. I like my breast size and my buttox. How can I keep those to things, but weigh down my arms, legs and stomach?

That's the problem right there. A lot of people want to 'spot reduce' which won't really happen because when you lose fat you lose it all around our body. It's just like gaining weight you don't just gain it around your arms or your breasts but your stomach and thighs too. I have a similar problem because I also want to lose fat around my body but mostly around my buttocks and thighs but definitely NOT my breasts (they will cease to exist). However not everyone is the same. Some people can lose more weight in some areas than others or gain weight more in other areas than others (ever heard "all this foods gone to my butt'? yeah that's me...never to the boobs..nope). I think the best thing to do is to do exercises that focus on your abdominal muscles or search on food that happen to burn belly fat quickly (but I am not so sure if that's true or not). However remember that food contributes to 80% of weight loss and that exercise is only 20%.Good luck :)
